Cette semaine, j'ai ete invite a assister au Breakfast du District du Rotary qui se deroulait a l'Hotel "Crown Plaza" de l'aeroport de Los Angeles. (photo) http://www.rotaryclubofhollywood.org/awards.html Lever a 5h30 du matin car le breakfast etait entre 7h et 9h du matin. 400 personnes y ont assiste! Incroyable! Mais le District 5280 a donne un cheque au Gouverneur du Distict de Louisiane de $211,000 ! Bravo! Et le lendemain, il y a eu le concert de Robben Ford dont je vous ai parle qui se deroulait au M.I. C'etait vraiment une bonne prestation! Et j'ai meme eu lapossibilite de rencontrer le fameux batteur Gary Novak! (photo) Le week-end dernier, 16 Octobre, je me suis balade dans le parc national en haut de chez moi, au-dessous du fameux "Hollywood Sign" au bout de la piste en terre. Et j'ai enfin pu voirles coyotes qui m'empechent de dormir parfois la nuit. J'en ai apercu 3 a 2 reprises lors de ladescente. Et ce week-end, (23 Octobre) j'ai ete dans le jardin de la maison quand soudain, j'ai apercu a environ 20 metres de moi un LYNX! Je n'avais pas mon appareil photo malheureusement. J'ai tres bien pu l'observer pendant une vingtaine de secondes! Puis le lynx a fait 1/2 tour et a grimpe la colline avec une agilite incroyable! Puis il a disparu!... Superbe moment!...

(photo) http://www.rotaryclubofhollywood.org/awards.html I woke up at 5:30 a.m because the breakfast was between 7:00 a.m and 9:00 a.m. I think about 400 persons were present! The very good thing was when Ingo Werk, the Governor of the District, gave a $211,000.00 check to the Governor of the Louisiana's District! Nice!

The day after, there was the Robben Ford's show in Musicians Institute. It was a really good show! And I met the famous drummer Gary Novak! (photo)

Last week-end, Octobrer 16th, I took a walk until the end of the trail of the National Park behind my home, right below the famous "Hollywood Sign". I could see the coyotes whitch yel during the night and disturb my rest.

This week-end, (October 23rd) I went in the backyards of the house when suddenly, I saw a lynx at about 60 feet! Unfortunately, I did not have my camera with me! I could see it very well about 20 secondes, but it climbed the hill and disapeared with an incredible agility! Such a wonderful moment, at only 5 minutes from the center of Hollywood!...
